Welcome This site is dedicated to the people of
Tajikestan and It is said that ,There are two things you never miss at any home in Tajikestan: a) A Divaane Haafez b) A picture of Googoosh! How come Googoosh is so loved by Tajiks? How
come Hafez of Shiraz is so important to these people? In fact, Hafez is so
important to Tajiks, that Dr. Parviz Natel Khanlari, writes:
"According to an age old tradition, mothers used to put Divaane Haafez under the
pillows of their newly borne babies for "Tayammon";i.e. good luck!
There are so many similar questions that many people do not have any idea about. At this stage, I can only tell you that they are also Persians! They are the children of Roodaki, our great Poet! And above all, they are pure and great! Let us leave all these interesting questions and discussions for the future. The final destination of this site will be there.... Celebrations! The come-back of Googoosh has provided this opportunity to offer something nice about her to Tajiks, the way they like it! So, right here, we start the site tajikestan
with the
celebration of Googoosh's come-back and present it to all the Persian speaking
